Summer House Nina is a private villa in the quiet little Istrian village of Pavićini, just 2 km from beautiful natural beaches.
It is an ideal place for families and friends looking for a relaxing holiday together.
The house is divided into five separate units (three apartments and two studio apartments), with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, three kitchens, and three living rooms. This unique layout makes it ideal for several families traveling together – everyone can enjoy the shared spaces during the day, while in the evening each family can retreat to the comfort of their own apartment.
The large private yard of approximately 900 m² is the heart of the house, featuring a 30 m² swimming pool, sun deck, outdoor kitchen with a grill, shaded dining area, playground, and mini football field – plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time outdoors.
Summer House Nina offers the best of both worlds – shared spaces for spending time together and separate accommodation when you want some time to yourself.
The house is just a 5-minute walk from a small village market and approximately a 30-minute drive from popular Istrian destinations including Pula, Medulin, Premantura, Rovinj, Labin, and Rabac.
Please note that loud parties are not allowed, in order to preserve the calm and friendly atmosphere of the neighborhood.
